I understand that if I win, the firearm will be transferred to me only after I complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check at the FFL's licensed premises.

Winner eligibility & ATF transfer requirements

This raffle is a campaign fundraiser conducted through a licensed Type 7 Federal Firearms Licensee in compliance with the Gun Control Act, Brady Act, and BATFE / ATF regulations. The firearm will be transferred only after the winner completes ATF Form 4473 and successfully passes a NICS background check, or presents a qualifying state permit where permitted.

The winner must be at least 18 years of age and not prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under federal or applicable state law. Transfer occurs exclusively at the FFL's licensed premises. Ticket purchase does not guarantee eligibility. If the winner is prohibited or fails the background check, an alternate may be drawn.
